Once you have placed an order for a 'Personalised Illuminated Sign', simply send an email to images@madaboutneon.com with your Order Number in the subject line and then attach your image, artwork or photograph files to it and explain your requirements. Our Designer will then create your design (this process usually takes 1-2 days depending on the complexity of your requirements) and when completed we will email you back a proof for your approval, or if you would like to change anything we will revise the design and send a further proof for your acceptance.
